About 5 years after founding Cacto de Prata, a brand of women's jewelry in 925 silver, Pérola has two physical stores, which also sell online , and employs 17 people, all with formal employment contracts.

In addition to the CLT framework, the company relies on other outsourced service providers that take care of human resources management and personnel department, marketing and social media, as well as various suppliers for stock and packaging .
