I often have to design the editorial plan for a blog managed as a stand-alone project or as an internal appendix of a larger corporate project. The most common mistake I have seen so far is to conceive content starting from a keyword research that selects keywords related to phrase matching as article titles. If you develop the editorial plan of a blog starting from these findings, the result will be cold , impersonal and all in all predictable.
