Another statistic that I consider important is CTR, or the ratio of clicks to views – how many people who opened your newsletter clicked on the links contained there.

I once decided to change the design of my newsletter. We introduced something that was definitely more convenient from our perspective – a play icon, like on YouTube, to click and go to a new video. romania rcs data to treat it as just a visual element and it lowered our clicks compared to a regular hyperlink contained in the text, such as the text “click here to watch the new episode”, which would indicate with a standard blue underline that this is a link that will take you to the right place.

And two more statistics that are important from my perspective. The first is the conversion rate, i.e. whether the email converts in any way into what you care about: scheduling free consultations, signing up for webinars, using your services, selling in the online store. Another statistic that I recommend monitoring is the number of unsubscribers per month. What good is it that you will acquire or gain 2,000 subscribers per month if 2,100 from your database unsubscribe and ultimately, month by month, your database, instead of growing, will shrink?
