A Kanban Board is a physical or visual corkboard that is divided into 3-4 columns to visualize all the work within the project. Each column on a Kanban Board represents a task status, ranging from 'To Do', 'In Progress', and 'Done'.
In Kanban, each task is visualized as a sticky note or card. Each time a team member completes a task, the card moves to the corresponding column.
