The form includes only those functions that are important for structured analysis, namely: Defining the context; Cross-references between parts of a document; Information about the contents of each sheet. The diagram form has a standard size for easy transfer and copying. The form is divided into three main sections: Working information (top) Message field (center) Identification fields (bottom) The diagram form should be used for information presented in written form.
Standard diagram form The form is designed so that the armenia whatsapp number data Working Information Fields located at the top of the form can be removed after the final "publishable" version has been completed. The Identification Fields are arranged vertically one below the other when the forms (with the top portion uncut) are pinned, in top-to-bottom order, to a board or wall. The exposed strips of the identification field act as letter indicators, arranged in node index order. If the "pair of pages" double-sided publication format is followed, with the bottom of the page with text and context facing the binding, the message field on the page becomes visible as each preceding page pinned to the wall is lifted up.
Working information C.4.1.1 Fields “Developer / Date / Project” These fields provide information about who originally created the diagram, the date it was first drawn, and the name of the project under which it was created. The date field may contain additional dates written below the original date. These dates represent revisions to the original sheet. If a sheet is reissued without any changes, no revision date is added. C.4.1.2 Reader's Notes Field This is where the reader makes notes after reviewing the diagram. When a comment appears on a page, the corresponding note number is crossed out.
