During my work as the head of the promotion department, I had to review more than 200 resumes for the vacancy of an SMM specialist, conduct more than 70 interviews, as a result of which 9 applicants were accepted who were excellently suited for this role, and here is how I assessed them.

Yes, these are character types - sanguine, choleric, phlegmatic and melancholic. Here will be a small lyrical digression. Recently I read the book "Don't Work with Assholes". Expecting an easy, fun read, I was surprised by the content, because this is really a manual on how to spot assholes, what their characteristics, behavior and the like are. That is, a full-fledged work on the proposed topic. So, this book had a wonderful idea, cited from one study of hiring: "... more often they choose those who look and behave like their favorite characters - ourselves." Surprisingly, but when hiring, we really do select people like ourselves, and the type of character is also very important. In 9 specialists, a certain type was clearly visible, I tried to select everyone, since this is one of the main advantages of working with an agency - the presence of specialists who can find a common language with any customer. Here we should dwell in more detail.
There are three options for performers
A full-time employee, a freelancer, and a digital agency. What are the advantages of each? Our clients often say that they are looking for a full-time internet marketer, and this makes sense. Such an employee:

However, this option has more disadvantages:

protects reputation.
