7. Don't have too many plugins

Also, technically, a single plugin can ruin your entire site.

Evaluate carefully before installing a new plugin, pay attention to both the number of plugins installed and the type of plugins you add to your site. Check the sources you download from: install plugins from the WordPress repository or download them from a developer's website by checking the ratings of other users.
