How to apply for the Digital Kit for self-employed workers?

To request your voucher, you can choose to speak to a digital agent who will carry out all the paperwork for you or do the process yourself.

In case you choose to apply for your digital voucher, we will tell you all the steps below:

Register in Acelerapyme
This is the starting point for requesting your bonus, register at Acelera Pyme .

Take the digital self-diagnosis test
This test will take you just a few minutes. It is mandatory and allows you to medical practice email database determine the digital level of your company.

Fill out and submit the application at red.es
Please note that you must choose the call that corresponds to you and that you must meet the requirements included in it.

If no additional documentation is required, red.es will notify you of the granting decision.

Check out the digitization categories
Find out which digital solution, among the 12 included in the call, best suits your business. Although we recommend that you consult with your digital agent which category may best suit your company.

Digitizing Agent Selection
If you have not done so before, you can find the list of affiliated digitizing agents at accelerapyme.es.

If you have previously chosen your digitalizing agent, we recommend that you check if it is on the corresponding list to avoid possible fraud.

Signing of Agreement with the Digitizing Agent
Once you have completed all the previous steps and have your voucher available, sign an agreement with the selected digital agent to carry out the implementation of the agreed solutions.

Implementation of Digital Solutions
If you are one of the beneficiaries of the Digital Kit for the self-employed, you will have your digital solution implemented in a short period of time. It is important for you to know that, at this point, your digital agent must inform you of the entire process.

Digital Kit Requirements for Self-Employed Workers
The requirements to apply for the digital kit if you are self-employed or have a company with less than 3 employees are the following:

Not being considered a company in crisis in accordance with the provisions of article 2.18 of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1237 of 23 July 2021, as set out in Annex II of the Regulatory Bases.
Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations .
Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order following a previous decision by the European Commission declaring aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
Not be subject to any other prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003 , of 17 November, General Subsidies. These prohibitions will also affect those companies which, due to the persons who govern them or other circumstances, may be presumed to be a continuation or derived, by transformation, merger or succession, from other companies in which those have been present.
Not exceeding the de minimis aid limit , in accordance with the provisions of article 2.4 of the Regulatory Bases.
Have the Digital Maturity Level assessment , according to the diagnostic test available on the Acelera pyme platform .
