Our team at inSitu Sales is always looking for new opportunities to innovate and add value for users, and our newest features transform our app into a mobile-friendly field sales CRM for distributors . In terms of value, we can now truly offer a complete sales territory management experience without reps relying on any secondary software, such as a communication dashboard.
Our latest app update brings us:
Set up appointments
Gives managers the ability to select specific clients on a custom scheduling loan officer email database calendar for each rep and then directly assign when the appointment should start and end.
Assign tasks
Allows administrators to create lists of requests for representatives added to selected client accounts.
Tasks can be ranked by priority levels to designate importance, from low, then medium, and ending with high.
Task progress is tracked and can be switched between "Not Started", "In Progress" and finally "Completed" when finished.
Write reminder notes
Add a written reminder from an administrator for a selected customer account that the rep must interact with before they can initiate a sales activity or transaction.
Leave visit notes
Provides reps with a way to record notes after completing a visit.
Recorded notes are time-stamped and can be viewed by admins in the same tab as their reminders.
Projecting sales objectives
It can be set to set a target amount for orders, invoices, estimates, or payments within a specific time period.
They can be assigned to all representatives, or to a specific one, and are visible in the application dashboard.
It continuously tracks all progress made towards the set target amount and will automatically update as transactions are made.
In our use case example, let’s say a distributor partnered with Bang Energy wants to receive product data on how the brand is currently performing in key locations and then use that data to create a promotional display at two of its largest supermarket clients.
