From these three sources, Big Data can be concluded as:

Large volume data (terabytes - exabytes) - Volume
Data structures have various variables (structured - abstract) - Variety
Accumulated in a short time (low latency) - Velocity
However, there are requirements that must be met to be able to call a set of data Big Data.

If any of the three points are not met, then the data set cannot be categorized as Big Data. For example, there is a data set that meets the volume & variety points but it takes 10 years to collect 1 terabyte of data. Why not analyze it before the data piles up?
