How to make a canvas for your business?
In a canvas model template you will find the following steps:

Defining customers: defining your customers and identifying the target audience is key as it can influence the business model, and even the type of product or service.
Value proposition: the value proposition is what your company or business is going to offer to the market, that is, it is what makes the difference with respect to the competition.
Channels: Channels are the ways in which customers acquire products (purchase) and receive them (shipping).
Customer relationships: at this point in the canvas model, the relationship that the company will have with its customers is established, through which platforms this relationship will be established and in what tone; formal or informal.
Revenue Source: The revenue source or revenue stream is where the ways to obtain income for the project are reflected.
Key resources: are the resources that will be needed to carry out the key activities (mentioned in the next point of the canvas model).
Key activities: what are the activities that must be carried out to carry out the project.
Key Associations: This part of the model refers to the resources used outside the company.
Cost structure: all the costs that a company must assume to implement the proposal.
