How is it possible that some companies are engaged in the same business, have the same products, the same quality, the same target group, in a word, the same conditions in which they operate, some are successful and others are not.
Why is Apple so successful?
Year after year, they're more innovative than their competition. And yet, it's just a computer company. They're just like everyone else. They have equal access to the same workers, the same agencies, the same consultants, the same media, the same customers as everyone else. So why do they seem to have something different?
SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS TEMPLATE
As it turns out – there is a pattern – all great and inspiring leaders and organizations anywhere in the world, whether it's Apple, or Uber, or Aliexpress, they all think, work, and communicate in exactly the same way . And that way is completely opposite to everyone else.
According to Simon Sinek, this pattern is called the GOLDEN CIRCLE.
Every person, every employee, every company in this world shareholder database WHAT they do. Some of them also know HOW they do it, they call it: their manufacturing technology, their own process or their unique way of selling.
But very, very few people or organizations know WHY they do what they do. And by “why” we don’t mean “to make a profit”. It’s a result. It’s always a result.
By “why”, we mean: What is your purpose? What is your goal? What do you believe in? Why does your organization exist? Why do you get out of bed in the morning? And why should anyone care?
As a result, the way we think, the way we work, the way we communicate, is directed from the outside in . We go from the most obvious things to the less obvious. From What to How to Why…
THIS IS HOW THE MAJORITY THINKS
THIS IS HOW SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE THINK
Inspired, successful people, successful organizations, regardless of their size and the industry they are in, think, work and communicate from the center (Why) to the periphery (What).
