The duration of vacations must comply with current legislation. If any employee goes on vacation outside the established schedule, this fact must be noted both in the employee's application and in the manager's order.
Wages.
The accrual and payment of wages are regulated by the internal labor regulations and the collective agreement. Representatives of the supervisory authority control not only the process of accrual and payment of wages, but also compliance with the terms of payment of the advance.
The head of the organization being inspected is obliged to ensure that the employees of his firm receive wages in the amount stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
As for various types of bonuses, allowances and incentives, their payment must be reflected in special documents. Particular attention must be paid to the correctness of the calculations of payments to employees who wrote a letter of resignation during the period of inspection of the organization by the labor inspectorate.
