You might be wondering if this is a good thing. Think about it this way: If you were faced with a boring task and you found an efficient and effective shortcut to get it done, would you take the shortcut? 99% of you would say yes.

The same applies to your job. You’re a real estate agent and you find a real estate chatbot that provides fast, quality customer support; naturally, you’d be intrigued to check it out. Why? Because providing customer support is a time-consuming task.

And I'm sure most of you already know that there are hundreds of tools for real estate agents that help them facilitate the customer service process. Live chat for real estate agents and chatbots are two of the most common examples.

There is no universal algorithm when it comes to conversion tools for real estate agents. The best ways to offer customer service vary from agent to agent, depending on their schedules and the way they do business.

To make it easier to understand, I will divide real estate agents into three categories: New, Intermediate, and Veteran.

New Agents : These are the new guys on the block. They don't generate tons vp administration email database of leads or have assistants to assign to customer service. They haven't established their brand yet, so people aren't very aware of their presence. These are agents who spend more time promoting your business and interacting with active website visitors.
Mid-market agents : These agents have been around for a while, but they haven't quite mastered their craft yet. The good news is that they're finally starting to get the hang of things. This means they're generating a generous amount of leads through their website, in addition to other marketing initiatives. They're often recommended by other agents and former clients.
Veteran Agents : In every sense of the word, these agents are subject matter experts. They know all the ins and outs of the business and have packed schedules to prove it. Their brand is well-known and that alone brings them a large number of leads. They are always looking to improve their website to make it look even better, and also to generate new, qualified leads every month. They probably can't chat with anyone in real time, and neither can their assistant.
If you are also a real estate agent, you will now know where you are in your career. Of all the real estate agent tools available on the market, you have to choose the best ones based on your needs and goals.

It's important to choose tools that will help you deliver high-quality customer service. In reality, you should choose a tool that will give you the best results with the least amount of work. Like real estate chatbots. Here are three main types:

Basic Live Chat – Connects real estate agents with website visitors in real-time and through a chat plugin.
Real Estate Chatbot : Visitors talk to a fully customized bot on your website, and can request to be contacted later by the real estate agent.
Hybrid model : The visitor talks to a chatbot, which pre-screens them, and then introduces real estate agents into the conversation.
