4. Benefit Cosmetics launches into the female gamer market with its latest Twitch campaign

Since the health crisis and the arrival of the first lockdown, Twitch has seen the arrival of a new type of creator: beauty streamers. The phenomenon has grown so much on the platform that they now have their own category called “ Beauty and Body Art ”.

Benefit Cosmetics was one of the first brands to spot this new trend. At the end of 2020, the brand launched an influencer campaign on Twitch aimed at female gamers, titled “ Game Face ”, with the tagline “ Reveal your Game Face with Benefit ”. The cosmetics company partnered with over 20 female gamers around the world to stream live content on their Twitch channel for a week. Featured were French League of Legends streamer Shynouh (35,000 subscribers) and American streamers Sydeon (260,000 subscribers) and QuarterJade (795,000 subscribers).

With more than 5,000 hours of streaming watched and an average of 3,000 viewers throughout the week, Benefit Cosmetics has managed to establish a relationship of trust with its audience while consolidating itself as the reference channel that mixes video games and beauty products on Twitch.

5. Juliabeautx dresses up for Halloween with Schwarzkopf's Got2be vp audit email database makeup palette
Julia Beautx became the second most popular beauty influencer in Germany a few months ago.

To mark the launch of its new makeup collection, Schwarzkopf has teamed up with the German YouTuber to celebrate Halloween in style. In a sponsored video on Instagram, the young woman presents the wide colour palette of the new Got2be cosmetic set, showing all the steps of her transformation into a killer clown.

With a 10% discount promo code in the influencer's bio, the hair care brand was able to closely track the results of this influencer campaign and judge its effectiveness by measuring, for example, the number of clicks, the conversion rate or the cost per action.
