Monitor Your Quality Rating:

Post by roseline371277 »

Encourage Users to Opt-Out (Implicit Cleanup):
While Broadcast Lists don't have explicit opt-out mechanisms, you should encourage users to communicate if they no longer wish to receive messages. This helps you identify non-engaged users.
Remember the limitation: users only receive broadcast messages if they saved your number. If they delete your number, they're "cleaned up" from your active broadcast audience automatically.
For WhatsApp Business API (Managed via CRM/BSP):
This is much more critical for maintaining your account's health and messaging limits.

WhatsApp assigns a "Quality whatsapp number list Rating" (High/Green, Medium/Yellow, Low/Red) to your business phone number based on user feedback (blocks, reports, low engagement). A low rating can reduce your messaging limits or lead to restrictions.
How to check: Access your WhatsApp Manager within Facebook Business Manager > Phone Numbers section.
Action: If your rating is yellow or red, immediately review your messaging strategy.
Implement Clear Opt-Out Mechanisms:

Mandatory for API users: Every marketing or non-transactional message should include a clear way for users to opt-out (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe," or a quick-reply button).
