After all, the effects of employees are great: the reputation of the company gets a positive boost, it becomes easier to find employees and customers themselves share their feedback about the company more quickly. Active ambassadors among employees are an important asset in these digital times.

However, the intention is not for employees to open a personal helpdesk. Once they start doing that, they create an expectation that may no longer be met.
