Setting tasks and defining problems

Data Science and Marketing Research
Data science, in a sense, goes beyond what market research can do. In fact, this distinction is much older than we think, starting with database marketing and data mining. But that doesn’t mean market research is inferior to data science. Data science has moved beyond research to use more robust scientific and technological methods. Research is in its own right and has certain advantages as well.

The data science methods used to analyze this information turkey cell phone number list often involve programming, algorithms, and machine learning. As a result, data scientists must be more skilled than researchers and are typically part of an IT team. Data scientists also evaluate a wider range of different types of data: such as structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data. As a result, their process usually begins with determining what methods and types of data they need:

Definition of hypotheses
Evaluation and selection of data collection methods
Determine the type of data needed for the organization's purposes
Integration and data cleaning
Data analysis using data modeling, machine learning, statistical modeling and algorithms
Evaluate and understand the results. Communicate the results to the users of the information.
If it is necessary to implement solutions into the company's IT infrastructure
However, the process is not fundamentally different from the marketing research process. So, data science, although different, is still similar in process to marketing research. We see that they are just two parts of the same puzzle.
