In addition to testing new technologies, the unit seeks to share its findings with other areas of VPRO, where ideas and results can be further developed.

The lab uses social media, the intranet and monthly kenya cell phone number list internal presentations to share its ideas within the organization . It also holds regular hackathons on topics that interest VPRO staff and has used Google Design Sprint for a few projects, says Annelies Termeer. “We try to be open so people can come and discuss things that intrigue them.”

“There are people who love innovation and want to try new things. But there are also those do with our projects, but too often end up going back to their day jobs due to lack of time and resources,” she says.

"One problem is that other departments have to find additional resources if they want to further develop our projects. Most people are already busy with their normal missions, so this is a big obstacle."
