Desk and chair. The chair should not be beautiful, but comfortable. No need to choose these fashionable designer chairs with wooden legs and the like. Take a normal leather chair with armrests. Posture. The table should be large. So that the monitor is at a sufficient distance to fit speakers and accessories. Usually, guys like to concentrate their prey around the workplace.
A full wardrobe. It has become fashionable for teenagers now, even for boys. It's sudden, but true.
Closed storage for other things. Without this, chaos is guaranteed. Better to keep the mess hidden from view.
Horizontal bar. Good physical shape, fortunately, has never gone out of fashion for either adults or young people. If you add a punching bag, it will be even better.
