Knitting options for different foundations

Using one loop, you can also twist according to other patterns. That is, this is the simplest option. In addition, the use of hooks makes it possible to move away from complex patterns that are most often used in large-scale assembly construction. For private house building, simple knitting options are also suitable. Of course, it will be even easier if you use ready-made pieces with two loops at the ends. They are simply wrapped around the joint, two loops are put on a hook, which is then rotated.

The easiest way to knit a reinforcement cage is for a slab foundation. In essence, it is a lattice of longitudinal and transverse rods, the distance between which is determined by the loads. Most often, these are cells of 20 x 20 or 30 x 30 cm. For such a design, knitting with one loop is used.

The same can be said about the framework for a strip foundation, because architect data design is several lattices connected by short transverse rods. But in the knitting of the reinforcement of a strip foundation, there is one subtle point - this is the joining of the corners of the structure. Here it is very important to evenly distribute the connection points along the entire length of the bent and conjugated rods, which create the corners of the reinforcement frame.

The technology of constructing the grillage frame structure is no different from the strip foundation. Here are the same schemes and methods of tying reinforcement structures. As for the frame for a columnar foundation, it is necessary to take into account the fact that the frame itself in these structures is a vertical structure with vertically installed main rods, which are connected to each other by rods of a smaller diameter. This is if the frame has a rectangular cross-section. Therefore, exactly the same tying is carried out here as in slab or strip foundations. If the cross-section is round, then the longitudinal rods are one rod, twisted into a circle. It is tied to the vertical elements in certain places of the frame, taking into account the installation step.
