Change DNS Server Address in Windows 10

Select Internet Protocol Version 4 TCPIPv4 and click Properties,
Now select the radio button, use the following DNS server addresses and set the preferred DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the alternate DNS to 8.8.4.4.
Click OK to save the changes and restart your computer. Now try installing Windows updates.

Install Windows Update manually
