In addition to the health crisis, the year 2020 will have been marked by innovation and the generalization of "all digital". We would have almost forgotten how face-to-face classes, interviews and lunch breaks took place!
Many companies and students have had to adapt to this new way of working.

But what is happening to the major events that you previously attended in person (job dating, recruitment forums and other afterworks)? How have recruitment fairs changed? As a student, how can you approach this new format of meeting with companies?

Accompanied by two of our partners: IMT - BS and Centrale Lyon, the Klee team recently participated in forums equipped with virtual stands.

Offering discussions that are as close to reality as possible, interactive and with a vietnam telegram data gaming" vision thanks to personalized avatars, these new type of forums have been a great success for students and businesses!

Team Klee was able to communicate directly with students via chat, video and audio calls.

The virtual job dating format is also popular with companies and students in times of health crisis!

Usually organized over several days, job dating events give candidates the opportunity to meet and discuss at greater length and individually with recruiters. This format may seem more intimidating for students, being more similar to a traditional job interview.

Regardless of the format proposed, we advise you to carefully prepare for these future exchanges with recruiters who may be your future colleagues!
