The Human Park showcased various devices, particularly to help the visually impaired identify obstacles (Swiss startup Biped AI), or intelligent materials that help minimize injuries to athletes (British startup Scaled tech).
Finally, still around people, two particularly dynamic sectors:
1. The “Future of work”: 2 years of pandemic have definitely changed the world of work.
Adecco was very present with a panel of partners including turkey telegram data Openmind neurotechnologies which offers a method of developing behavioral skills (soft skills) combining virtual reality, neuroscience and gamification. We noted their recommendation of the 3 new essential "work skills" in the new world of work that is coming:
Being a leader of oneself (mastering cognitive biases to adapt better)
Being a change leader by training flexibility in the face of uncertainty (yes, it can be learned)
Develop your team leadership skills by developing your empathy skills.
Recruitment methods are also changing with a refocusing on the candidate and the entry into play of gaming. Several conferences around this subject: “How will gaming boost your attractiveness and your candidate experience”. We would love to be recruited through this means! And you?
2. Health, mainly driven by the Sanofi and AXA teams, looking for partners to innovate.

Olivier Bogillot, CEO of Sanofi France, underlines the importance for Sanofi of working on the patient experience beyond the marketing of effective treatments; today, it is about ensuring a complete service from the on-demand connection with a doctor to the delivery of medicines to the patient.
A good illustration of this ambition is the startup Chefaa, which won the Health Tech Award. The Egyptian company presents itself as a pharmaceutical delivery platform that includes a GPS function to help chronic patients order, schedule and renew their prescriptions.
Insurance-wise, there is the same awareness. Insurers must be proactive. Yann Bry, Head of Business Innovation at AXA, emphasizes: "We must help patients better navigate the healthcare pathway, before they have to be hospitalized and the cost is high for them and for us." To this end, AXA recently launched the Angel service to help patients quickly find reliable answers to their health questions.
At KDX we are fans of their action plan, resolutely "customer centric"! (See illustration below)

Health focus also on the CNRS stand which highlighted its deeptech know-how for this 3rd participation in Vivatech and presented its startups including the future nugget Aqemia whose objective is to rapidly generate innovative drug candidate molecules for a given target.
