Field experience
During the coaching sessions I provide as an Agile Coach, I often hear the following statement in companies: " No need for a Scrum Master! We already know about Agility! " Of course, there are organizations where this statement is true, just as there are many others where it is partially true, or even completely false! To illustrate this, here is an example straight out of an experience I had in the field.
Some time ago, a client asked me to host a retrospective for their product team's sprint #50. After discussion, it emerged that the retrospective should be a bit original and "fun" to mark the occasion. "50th sprint , that's not nothing!" spain telegram data spain telegram data I designed a workshop in the form of a board game.
There's nothing like a game to have a good time, especially since the team is made up of players.
Before the big day, I presented the workshop to the sponsor, did a bit of "teaser" to prepare the ground. Everything was going well!
