These are the numbers that show what you’re doing, the key outputs of your social media team, including publishing, scheduling and optimizing content, answering questions, and resolving issues. They may seem pretty simple, but they become important to measure as you experiment and try new things. It’s nice to be able to tell if increasing your activity is leading to an increase in some of the other metrics we’ll cover later.
