Different content formats

Post by Shishirgano9 »

Content formats come into play once the content itself has been defined. The focus should be on which formats generate the most interactions from the target group. Text and images are the classic formats, but have you ever thought about videos, live streams or podcasts? As soon as you feel that your target group might like a format - try it out!

However, studies have shown that visual content teacher database is particularly successful, i.e. images, videos, GIFs or infographics. In addition, the platform on which a particular content is to be published naturally influences its presentation. For example, Instagram and Snapchat would not work without images.

Place and time of publication
As with the previous points, the place and time of publishing the content depend largely on the target group. Which social media platforms do they use and when? This can usually only be found out by simply trying things out. When and where is the response to new posts the highest? As soon as you have gained enough experience, you can adapt your actions accordingly.

summary in a planning tool
As soon as all this information has been generated, nothing stands in the way of a plan that includes everything. Trello is a simple tool in which the various ideas can be recorded with a date and description and stored, for example, in the tabs named after the various social media platforms. Another option would be to label the tabs with "planned", "in progress" and "published" and thus manage the content according to the work status. But there are no limits to your ideas here.
