Our strategy focused on technical SEO and content creation. But there was a big problem: we didn’t build the site ourselves, nor did we have adequate access to make any design or fundamental changes that might support SEO and lead generation. Instead, our strategy had to be content-driven.
Our Strategy
In November 2019, we added a chat feature to our website, which helped increase traffic. After analyzing when users visit the site, we found that most users visit the site late at night and on weekends.
As the site's team are out of the office and unable to take any ukraine mobile database calls during these time frames, we felt it would be valuable to offer a live chat feature to help answer inquiries so that potential customers aren't left out in the cold and frustrated! This would give us an advantage over our competitors.
We implemented a feature that allows the bot to appear as a message notification on the tab, attracting people's attention even when the page is not the active tab. So far, 330 queries have been made through this feature.
2. Implement Technical SEO
Tweaks to support technical SEO are probably some of the most important changes you can make to see real results. We achieved this by:
Optimize page titles
Create a meta description between 100-155 characters, using naturally matching keywords
Use the optimal image size for each website
Images using alt text
Make internal and external connections as much as possible.
