We do the markings slowly

Post by zihadhosenjm40 »

The door frame must not interfere with the opening and closing of the door.

Important! The door frame must not interfere with the operation of the door hinges and the "response" of the door lock. Place the door frame frames against the door frame and make marks on the top of the frame with a thin pencil. They will be located 2-3 millimeters above the corner of the door frame joint. These marks indicate the height of the long vertical door frame frames and the width of the short horizontal door frame frame at the lower corners of the joint.

On the extension side, we recommend placing ecuador mobile database on the trims 1÷2 millimeters below the corner, this will allow them to completely cover any unevenness or damage to the extension surfaces. If the extensions are in good condition, you can install the trims flush with them.

Step 3. Place vertical trims on the marks and make marks on them at a certain height.
Important: We recommend numbering each trim and the specific location where it is installed. Floors may be uneven, and this will certainly be noticeable after nailing them down without numbering.

Step 4: Cut the vertical trims at a 45° angle
Cutting the casing

Do not give a large feed of the cutting tool, the cut should be as even and clean as possible. When cutting, take into account the width of the cut, in some saws it can be up to three millimeters. Step back from the mark made by the width of the cut.

Step 5. Start nailing the prepared trims
First two vertical ones, then horizontal one.

We strongly advise not to hammer the nails in completely, leave a few millimeters. If necessary, they can be easily pulled out and the mistakes made can be corrected.
