What is needed to obtain an entrepreneur visa?

Have all immigration papers in order .
Be over 18 years old .
Not having a criminal record in Spain or in the countries where you have resided in the last 5 years.

Have public or private health insurance with an insurer authorized to operate in Spain.
Have sufficient financial resources for themselves and their family members during their period of residence in Spain ( €2,130 per month for the interested party and €532 for each dependent family member ).
Pay the fee for processing the visa .
Have conventional residence permits for children over 18 years of age, with financial capacity and good health.


It is important to note that the law only authorizes visas for those who intend to develop "an innovative entrepreneurial activity with special economic interest for Spain ." And to do so, the project must create employment and be accompanied by investment for the country.



How do I get an entrepreneur visa?
The entrepreneur visa provides a one-year permit to carry out the necessary operations to start a business in Spain. It also allows you to avoid having to apply for a foreigner's identity card .

However, to apply for it, it is not necessary to be physically in our country. Instead, it is enough to go to the Spanish Consulate in the country of origin or residence.
