This year has been special, it has been full of interesting projects and I have also published my fourth digital marketing book . I hope that 2020 will be at least as good for everyone!

Just like in 2018, I'm going to differentiate between the 2019 articles and the articles from the rest of the year that are still getting traffic. I hope you enjoy reading them!

The dashboard in a marketing strategy : I will summarise it very clearly. I have not met any company that has a well-defined dashboard . It is that clear, but in 20 years I have not met one. The dashboard should be our guide and if it is poorly defined we will not be able to make decisions.
