On the art of relationships and folklore with Diana and Panayot

In a series of BLITZ interviews, each month we show you the faces of professionalism – through their dedication to work, interests and relationships with colleagues. In the conversations within the #MeetTheSupers section , some were laconic, others more chatty, but their answers were always as colorful as they themselves.

If hosting is the home of your site, then they are the hosts who welcome you there – competent, responsive and friendly. In the first frosty month of the year, we meet you with the warm attitude of Diana Pencheva , Marketing and Partnerships Specialist , and Panayot Angelov , Business Development Manager . The two of them contribute to ensuring that our company’s clients and partners are satisfied, grow and succeed. Their work is comprehensive, significant and connected to all departments and stakeholders of the company. If we had to sum up what unites them in one phrase, it would be “relationship management” . And one sweden number dataset thing – folk dances! With whom do they build relationships, why communication skills are key to customer trust and how Bulgarian folklore turns the office into a stage, we invite you to find out from these two bright SuperPersons.

What do you do at SuperHosting.BG, explained so that everyone can understand you?
Diana: I can describe my work as the most diverse unit in the team. I communicate with partners and clients on a daily basis on various marketing projects that we plan together to contribute to the development of the digital and technological environment in our country.

Part of my time is dedicated to organizing events and conferences, which become a “platform” for our presence and interaction with different communities. We often hear from people around us: “Your team is everywhere!” This is our way to present our work, meet new people, exchange ideas and create opportunities for future partnerships. I always draw inspiration from these meetings.

I can't miss my daily work with the team. I define it as a real hive of ideas with which we strive to be as useful as possible to our clients. Mutual trust is the foundation of everything we work for and build every day. It gives us the courage to think creatively, act confidently and implement significant projects.

Panayot:If my activities were filmed, I could be portrayed as a Jedi master - teaching, advising, imparting wisdom, and if necessary, only if necessary, entering into battle .

Editor's note: In his role as Business Development Manager, Panayot interacts with all departments to build quality sales processes and user experiences. He contributes to valuable relationships with clients and partners, guiding them to the right solutions for their projects. He attends events and conferences and is known for his sweet talk and the remote in hand, with which he changes the slides of his presentations.

Diana: Almost two years have flown by...

What do you like about your job and what qualities of yours help you cope – in other words, what is your SuperPower?
Diana: The company gave me wings. Here I discovered a new side of myself – the ability to proactively communicate, break the ice in conversations, and most importantly – to listen carefully.

What I like most about my daily work is the opportunity to work with people who inspire me. My work is dynamic, with many opportunities to collaborate with different teams – subcontractors, partners and, of course, my own team. This diversity charges me and gives me the motivation to constantly learn and give my best. And when you can rely on your team 101%, even the craziest idea becomes a possibility.

My Superpowers are attention to detail and dedication. They are the engine that pushes me forward even in the busiest moments, and the anchor that keeps me stable the rest of the time. These qualities help me approach everything I do with confidence and, most of all, with love, and find solutions.

Panayot: I carry a sense of love and protection for the team, this is my strongest feeling and pull towards the company.

This is the first company where I understood what a team and teamwork are. Here, each of us, without our colleagues, is nobody. The team and everything we go through together gives the feeling of a family, and this, for me personally, is the best feeling – both personally and professionally. Here I understood how the human brain functions and that everything that happens on a server is a reflection of anatomy and processes in people. If we don't remember something – we don't have enough RAM above our shoulders , if we don't have the capacity to absorb too much information, and someone else does – then the other person has a better processor above their shoulders. If we feel that we are completely "stuck", we have probably overloaded our own system parameters - each person has limits, just like servers . Working here gives me wisdom, humor and a sense of family.
