Timo Hartmann is a student of business informatics at the TU Braunschweig. As a student employee at adesso, he works in the Line of Business Utilities. Within the VideKIS research project, he concentrates on the development of virtual power plants and in particular on strategies for implementing the processes in the context of market communication.

She is particularly distinguished by her structured and analytical approach as well as her expertise in the context of the energy industry and electromobility.
The shortage of skilled workers is a challenge that many companies have to face. It is difficult for companies to retain good employees and also to attract new employees. Against this background, companies should seriously consider whether they want to do more for their employees than simply comply with legal requirements such as the legal entitlement to salary conversion with the mandatory employer subsidy.
