Access to Business Account features
Business Account users on Instagram have access to several features to better connect with their audience. Besides the contact button mentioned above, there are additional action buttons to include in your profile. You can choose to include a button for customers to book an appointment, make a reservation or order food, depending on your business or industry.

These action buttons are even available to add as stickers in your Instagram Stories.
