He who does nothing makes no mistakes

Teachers can get clients from students! I don't know if this is a cool insight for you or not, but this is a lead generation channel. If you teach someone something, then later this person can buy a service from you. Cool interaction, successful for all parties.

Besides, teaching gives such a breadth of expertise, when you do not dive into business, but clearly see a cross-section of the niche. This is a wonderful way to learn about different markets. It is clear that this is information that needs to be verified. But globally, someone dug it up and shows you the finished results - that is, in fact, you saved a huge amount of time, learned a lot about new markets, it is interesting.

I don't believe in superheroes who never screw up. If you do something, you're bound to malaysia email list make mistakes, lose - that's normal. There probably haven't been any serious screw-ups yet. And I hope I won't make any, really, really serious ones.

But... I was often unlucky in small projects. I learned to move businesses where the turnover is 150-400 million rubles per year - something worked out with these companies.

But then one day the owner of a small company came to me on recommendation. I wanted to help him, and the market seemed clear, and I did everything as usual... but it turned out to be some kind of crap. I was unhappy with the result and returned part of the fee. It's very unpleasant inside at these moments, and you want to help, and you believe that you could do it, and everything is clear, but it doesn't work. Why? I tried to figure it out, but I got hypotheses that required resources for confirmation.

Do projects with businesses of a caliber that will be relevant to your skills and abilities. It's not that I don't believe in guerrilla marketing and low-budget promotion methods. I believe in numbers. To earn money, you need to invest, I believe in that. But I don't believe in simply writing the right words on the side of a car and circling them with a fluorescent marker.
