In addition, the OPI has finalised its 2023-2024 action plan by issuing 35 certificates for “Companies and Teams that support Equality in the workplace”. One of these companies is Grupo Tecon.

Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
Have the registered office or carry out the activity in the province of Albacete.
Participate in the in-depth diagnosis on equality that the Observatory carries out each year.
Not having been sanctioned and/or reported definitively in the last three years for violations related to discrimination based on sex and equal opportunities between women and men.
In the event that the participating entity is required to have an equality plan, it must have said plan in force, negotiated according to the terms set out in the equality regulations, including a salary audit, the minimum established subjects and be registered in REGCON.
In the event that the participating entity is NOT required to have an equality plan, but wishes to prove that it has drawn up one voluntarily, said equality plan must also meet all regulatory requirements and be registered with REGCON.
