With the special call “Never stop growing”, the new version of the Bitrix24 platform brought important updates such as tools for remote work, intelligent CRM , co-editing of online documents, automation of workflows, creation of an online store, among other new features in this update, called Berlin.
In this article, we have made a special analysis and you will be able to check out all the news that was announced on the official Bitrix24 YouTube channel on May 18th. The presentation, which lasted an average of 15 minutes, provided an overview of all the updates that are already available.
With a strong appeal to remote work and the premise that “Every business needs to be online these days” (and that Bitrix24 supports all of them), the platform brought a whole new level of collaboration.

1) Document management
It is now possible to manage documents within Bitrix24 itself, much like Google's suite of applications. You can share with other users and make edits in real time. Simply create a document, invite team members and collaborate.

2) HD Video Calls Update
Video calls have never been so important! In a pandemic scenario, video chats have become increasingly popular. In past updates, the platform started providing HD video calls and in this new version, this feature has come with promising upgrades. It is now possible to hold meetings with up to 48 participants (previously the limit was 24), whether they have a Bitrix24 account or not. Another important point was the connection stabilization: you can enjoy very clear sound and video quality, regardless of whether you have an unstable or slow Internet connection.

3) Project Management
Managing tasks and projects can be a challenging task! However, we know that when you have a tool that helps you with the process, everything flows better and easier.

The new feature, defined by Bitrix24 as “CRM Revolution”, is probably one of the most important updates of this release.
In Bitrix24.CRM, we have Leads, Deals, Contacts or Companies as “entities”, right? However, not all companies follow this same logic. With the new intelligent processes, it is possible to customize these entities by automating actions.
Any custom entity within the CRM can be configured to work with any rules, triggers or webhooks.
For example, you can use CRM to conduct a selection process and automatically send an email to a candidate who has been invited for an interview. To do this, simply set it up once and it will work automatically from then on.

5) Payments.CRM: sales via message
With Bitrix24 Payments.CRM you can include the payment cycle in CRM . Just send the payment link to a customer from a deal.
To do this, choose a product from the catalog and send the contact a text message with the payment link. The customer can access the link and purchase the product with just a few clicks from their cell phone. And the best part is that the payment status automatically appears in the CRM.

6) Online store in 120 seconds
An interesting promise of this update was the creation of an online store in just 120 seconds. With over 300 templates, the block-based website editor gives you the freedom to create something unique without needing a developer.
To create a store, simply choose an address and name, enter a phone number and select items from the product catalog. Then, simply follow the steps requested by the platform, run the tests and then launch the e-commerce site.
