How to place an online store in Yandex.Market?

The process of adding an online store to the Market consists of 4 stages. What these stages are and how you can quickly do this on a popular trading platform, we will tell you in our article in a popular way.

Register in Yandex.Market
Go to Yandex mail and log in. Then go to the registration the benefit of our ios database page , where you specify general information about your store:

In the "Country" field, indicate Russia or another country if your store is located abroad.
In the “City” column, indicate the locality where the central point of sale or main warehouse is located.
Specify the name under which your retail outlet operates.
Insert a link to the online store (the allowed link length is 50 characters.
In the "Contact information" category, enter the first name, last name, telephone number and email address of the person in charge.

Don't forget to read the Store and Product Requirements - they are located in a separate block. If you meet all the specified points, enter the captcha and feel free to click "Register".

Set up an account in Yandex.Market
After registration, you will be taken to the account settings page. First, provide legal information that matches the information on your online store's website. Be careful: this information will be checked by the control service.

The next step is to upload a price list with goods to the system. The Yandex.Market platform accepts documents in 3 formats:

Excel;
CSV;
YML.
The price list is formed on the basis of an XML document that daily replenishes products from your store in Yandex.Market. Request this file from your developers. They will take into account all the requirements that the system makes.

Once you have sorted out the price list, proceed to the "Order Receiving" block. Here you can adjust the display schedule for the products you have published and the phone number. Setting up the time zone, day of the week and time is easy.


In the "Delivery Methods" block, first select the region. Click "Add" to indicate the localities to which your store delivers goods. You can also set up your own conditions for delivery across the country and to your home region.

The next block to fill out is pickup points. Fill out the form in the same way as the previous ones:


So, the last item of the Yandex.Market account settings is the courier work schedule. If you forget to fill in the fields, you will retain the standard settings: delivery every day except Saturday and Sunday. If your courier service works on a different schedule, click the "Change" hyperlink.

Please pass moderation
After registering and setting up your account, your online store is sent for moderation. What do platform specialists check:

Does your store on Yandex.Market copy an existing one?
Is the store's website accessible and is it free of viruses?
How relevant are the items in the price list for the posted products?
Can visitors make a purchase?
Does your online store violate the law?
Are the delivery terms and prices for the goods correct?
In some cases, the service employees may suspend moderation and request additional information or documents from you. Usually, the check takes up to 2 business days. After that, you will receive a notification that you have passed moderation and your store has been added to Yandex.Market. If errors are found, this will also be stated in the letter. As soon as you correct them, you should send the store for re-checking.

Pay for accommodation
When adding an online store to Yandex.Market, you must top up your balance in the system. Every day, the system counts clicks on your offers and writes off the amount determined by the minimum bid formula or individual. Monitor your balance so that your store always remains available to customers.
