The Internet of Things seems to be struggling to get off the ground. During 2016, it has undoubtedly been one of the most talked about and exploited trends by everyone. But the IoT does not quite fit in with many IT departments. Sometimes it is perceived as a greater complication in processes and analytical monitoring and its benefits are not seen in the short term.
2017 will be a turning point.
