Some businesses receive criticism from their customers, due to the feeling of not getting what they were promised before the purchase. A good onboarding process ensures that through information, support and constant interaction, people feel accompanied by a brand.

This is a mini guide to creating a welcome process for your customers through email marketing . 1. Educate your audience
After users purchase your products and/or services, send them a quick start guide or a “step-by-step” guide that guides them on how to enhance the product features, about the benefits, or simply welcome them. Email marketing is an excellent technique to teach users how to use your products, as well as to create bonds of trust. A person who experiences a good relationship with a brand from the first moment will choose it again and again, of course, as long as you deliver quality and good service.
