Professional Profile Online Community Management
That is why the professional association has worked on a Professional Profile Online Community Management. With this we want to help organizations gain insight into the diversity and weight of the work and thus into the role and position of a community professional within an organization.

Marise Bout, independent community builder in the public sector:

For me as an independent community professional, the job profile is a real godsend. It allows me to give clients a clear picture of the diversity of the job.

People often think of me as a social media expert or communications professional, while as a university latvia phone number list -trained social scientist (Social Geographer) I am so much more broadly and analytically deployable. As a result, assignments are more difficult than necessary. The job profile quickly provides clarity. Moreover, I also feel enormously supported by colleagues.

Clear job descriptions and workable mandates
Not only organizations need help. Good staff with a clear language description starts with the posting of the vacancy. Too often vague calls appear in which the word community 'jack of all trades' manager is mentioned, while the requirements and tasks have nothing to do with that title. Or a cheap intern or junior is requested. Such a person will quickly drown in responsibilities. He/she will get stuck due to a lack of authority within an organization or will not be given the freedoms necessary to perform the tasks properly.

Hence the second target group: recruiters and HR. This model provides direction in drawing up a job profile, which keeps job descriptions less vague and links the right weight to the job package, so that support is created within an organization.
