How do I set up my Wi-Fi connection? What do you need to do to install e-mail on the iPad? And does anyone have tips on purchasing a mobile subscription? With the Tele2 Forum, Tele2 is trying to offer customers a place where they can ask questions 24/7 or even find an answer to their question without even asking the question themselves. There is always someone from the community online who can give you the answer to your question, or otherwise one of the moderators will be happy to help you further.
More than a year ago, we launched the renewed online community for Tele2. contact and facilitate that customers could talk to each other. In order to intensify customer contact, Tele2 wanted to go further than just adding an extra channel to the offer. That is why the community members on the platform are also really invited to think along about products and services.
Co-creation pilot: MyTele2 app
By co-creating the MyTele2 app, Tele2 wanted to show that the forum is more than just a latvia phone number list place where you can go with your questions as a customer. The goal was to give customers real input in the development of (new) products and services through this co-creation process.
The telecom company started by asking customers about their wishes via the community, they wanted to know what customers would like to see in a MyTele2 app for mobile subscribers. It was great to see how this question resulted in a lively discussion between customers on the one hand and the organization on the other. In an open discussion, mobile customers indicated exactly what they needed; an app that gives them insight into their mobile usage, overview of invoices and payment status anytime and anywhere. These wishes were all included in the development of the first version of the MyTele2 app.
