Awareness of crowdfunding platforms
Kickstarter , 1%CLUB , SellaBand , voordekunst and CrowdAboutNow are the crowdfunding platforms that are currently best known to the Dutch public. It is striking that Kickstarter (the best-known platform) is not a Dutch, but an American platform for creative projects and that Sellaband (the first international crowdfunding platform) .
The National Crowdfunding Research is an initiative of Peter van den Akker , Ronald Kleverlaan , Gijsbert Koren and Koen van Vliet . They have been active in the crowdfunding sector for many years and have a shared passion latvia phone number list to further develop crowdfunding as a method to realise projects and companies. The initiators have been guiding crowdfunding projects and platforms for several years, conducting research within the crowdfunding sector, giving workshops and speaking at dozens of national and international conferences.
