Once you configure the tool, you can add people, that is, those collaborators who will work with you on one or more projects.
You do it with the email they use on their personal Facebook.
They do not need to have a business manager account like businesses.
"People" is the option to add individuals who will be working with me. If you need to add a company or agency through their own Business Manager we are talking about "partners".
This process is carried out in the "Business Settings" tab.
Here you can also manage other assets, manage your payment methods securely and review the security aspects of the account, among other things, in other words, it is like the control center.
Once you add a person you will need to assign them "roles" or "permissions" at two levels:
1.- Specific roles of the commercial administrator
It refers to naming it according to one of these two options:
Administrator
He or she has, just like you, full control over the Business Manager.
It is only recommended to give it to one or two people you trust a lot, for example, your partner.
This is to ensure access in case something happens to your personal profile.
Employee
They have access to basic business setup information and can be assigned roles, however, they cannot make changes.
Under this option you should include all collaborators to work safely.

When you add people, they receive an email inviting them to confirm. Until they accept, email list providers in france the process will appear as "pending."
2.- Asset roles
different assets as it suits us for our work.
For example, if my team has several community managers, each working with a client, we can give them access only to the respective page.
In the same way, we can give access to advertising accounts, pixels, audiences, applications, catalogs, as long as these are added to the Business Manager.
We also assign roles to them in each asset, for example, for pages these are the available ones:
Administrator.
Editor.
Moderator.
Advertiser.
Analyst.
Each asset has different possible roles.
Important
These roles correspond to the asset in question (in this case, each assigned page), not to the Business Manager (as is the case with the Business Manager-specific roles).
Facebook's recommendation for security is to assign the lowest level of access to each person, the one essential for them to do their job.
These permissions can be granted at the same time we are adding the person or later (in case we do not have the assets added or want to make changes).
Here we can see how to add a person to Facebook Business Manager:

Add your assets to Meta Business Suite
Here we are going to add, as the title says, assets that are our property.
The process with third-party assets is a little different, as we must request access rather than add them as our own.
I clarify this because if we are already administrators of other people's pages through our personal profile, we could make the mistake of claiming them as our own.
When we create our Facebook Business Manager account, the home page is displayed with a section in which we can immediately include three of the main categories: people, advertising accounts and pages.
In this second level we give them access to
