It's been a while since Hootsuite became more Facebook-friendly. I like working with Hootsuite myself, but until recently mainly for maintaining my Twitter accounts. But thanks to the latest changes, it's even easier to also manage your Facebook profile, pages and groups using Hootsuite.
New features include expanded monitoring options, photo and document posting, and the ability to use Geo-tags. In this blog post, I’ll show you step-by-step how to use both the old and new Facebook features from Hootsuite.
If you have already connected your Facebook profile to Hootsuite, you can skip this step. In your Hootsuite account, go to Settings and add a Social Network of your choice. In this case, select Facebook and it will connect to your Facebook account.
A pop-up will appear showing your profile and all pages and groups that your profile is linked egypt phone number list to as an administrator. For each page or group, you can indicate whether you want to import it into Hootsuite, the groups that you import will be added directly as a Tab to your Hootsuite dashboard.
Step 2. Setting up your monitoring streams
