We continue to improve our internal messenger and add new features.
Now you can share files with colleagues, just like in chats with clients. Attachments are added in two ways: by selecting on the device using the paperclip button or using the clipboard – using the Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V key combination.
Send your colleagues more than just text – you can now send voice messages.
We also added the ability to share chats and individual requests: a Share with a colleague button appeared in the header of the chat with a client . It opens a window for selecting the operator who will receive the chat. There you can also immediately transfer the chat and attach files, such as screenshots.
There is also an option to send individual requests in customer chats to colleagues - to do this, click on the request title, click Share and select the recipient. In this window, you can also select the option Transfer chat .
Window for assigning tags when closing a request
In order to avoid having to search for the beginning of a request in a dialogue and not forget cameroon whatsapp data to put tags when closing a dialogue or request, we have simplified the process of working with putting tags when completing a request.
In the Settings > Tags and requests section, a new setting has appeared: Show tagging window when closing a request . When enabled, a window for assigning tags to a request will automatically open after the chat is closed.

We have developed a mechanism that will allow you to synchronize templates from Facebook* Business Manager with the personal account of the WhatAapp Business API provider Gupshup so that you can use them in Chat2Desk.
To sync templates, go to Accounts , select a channel, then click the pencil next to the WhatsApp Business API icon and click the sync templates button.
Copying Self-Service Menu to Other Channels
In the Self-Service Menu settings, it is now possible to copy the menu to a specific channel – it is no longer necessary to select all channels at once.
Simply click the Copy Menu button and select the channel to which you want to add the existing menu.
Please note that when copying, the new menu will completely replace the existing one in the selected channel, and it will not be possible to restore it.
Auto-update of customer avatars
To make it easier for operators to communicate with clients in chats, we have added a function for checking avatars in the chat center for all messengers except for the numbered WhatsApp and Business API - avatars will be updated automatically every day if there are incoming messages in the chats.
Automatically terminate an inactive operator session
Previously, when operators with concurrent licenses did not log out and stopped working, they continued to take up space. This reduced efficiency and could create security risks.
We have added a function to automatically end a work session if the operator is inactive for a specified period of inactivity. The setting is available for the browser version of the chat center and for the mobile application.
You can set up automatic logout of operators in the Settings > General > Operation mode section .
Show or hide all chats for operators
To make it easier for your operators to navigate through chats, you can now customize the display of the All Chats section .
For example, if you want the selected operator to be able to see all chats and work with them, this option will come to the rescue. Let us remind you that by default, the operator can only see his chats.
You can enable the display of all chats in the operator editing window in the section of the same name.
Other important improvements
Returned the search window from the filter to quick access.
Fixed the operation of the Enter and Esc buttons in the chat center.
We reduced the template selection window and added a filter by template groups.
Fixed problems with foreign numbers in the "Write first" form.
