Ariana Battle of Snapchat explains this result by the reassuring intimacy that the platform creates. it is " a place where you can be yourself, be close to good friends and share your daily life" .
YouTube and Instagram are doing quite well and tend to inspire and entertain their users.
The results are mixed for Facebook . while users of the platform feel informed , they also feel overwhelmed , guilty and alone.
