How to Test Microphone in Windows 11
On the same properties page of the selected microphone, you can see a section called Microphone Test . There, Windows 11 will prompt you to "Run a test, then speak or play sound at a normal volume for a few seconds."
Before you actually test your microphone, however, you should first choose whether you want to test the microphone while recording audio with Default or Communications processing. Default mode is best for recording or streaming, while Communications mode is designed for speech during calls and video conferences. To select a processing mode, click or tap the option next to Test mode for microphone audio processing and select Default or Communications .

Then click the "Start Test" button and speak into the belize telegram data microphone for a few seconds.

Once you're done speaking, click or tap the Stop test button . Or you can just wait, as Windows 11 will stop recording on its own after a few seconds.

Either way, once the test is complete, a new option will appear: Recorded Sample . Click or tap the Play button next to it to listen to a sample of what the audio previously recorded by the microphone sounds like.
