Second: The Launch Pad Website Phase

Post by Shishirgano9 »

Website Develop Specific Strategy. You describe exactly, verifiably and completely what your website should look like. This includes elements such as site architecture, on-site SEO, important sections and pages, integrations, technical requirements and more.

Create a wish list. The final step in the strategy phase of GDD is to create an initial wish list for your website. The wish list will contain creative and impactful ideas for the website that will solve your users' challenges, provide them with value, and help your company achieve its goals.

The wishlist will contain between 75 and 200 different homeowner database ideas, including site elements, sections, pages, specific features and modules, integrations, and more.

The wish list is condensed to a maximum of 10 points before moving on to the second phase. In the subsequent development phases, the other points are gradually worked through and the website's wish list is expanded as needed.

With a strong wish list, you begin the second phase of the Growth Driven Design methodology: the Launch Pad website phase.

The goal is to quickly create a website that looks and functions better than what you have today - but it's not a final product. Rather, the Launch Pad website is the foundation you build on and optimize as you go.

Fast start creates a faster time to value compared to the six or more months of a traditional web design project. This is the time it takes for a service offering or product idea to generate initial value for your customers. Growth Driven Design allows you to start delivering value to your customers much sooner. At the same time, you can learn, almost in collaboration with real customers, where there is a need for optimization, what cannot be postponed and what needs to be developed urgently.
