Resume currently supports Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, OneNote notebookspages, and PDF files.
Turn resume onoff
You can enabledisable this feature in the Settings app on your PC. Go to Settings> Apps.
Here you can enabledisable the feature by turning the switch onoff. By default, the feature should be enabled when you update to the corresponding build.
Using a resume
Here's how this feature works:
Open the file on your phone in the appropriate app to edit dominican republic mobile database or view it. Your computer must be locked when you open the document on your phone.
Now unlock your PC within the next 5 minutes of accessing the document on your phone and you will receive a notification on your PC asking you to resume working on the document.
For the best experience, you should also sign in to OneDrive in your default browser on your PC, as clicking the notification will open the OneDrive file in your browser.
While there are similarities to Apple’s Handoff feature, there are also some significant differences. For example, Apple’s Handoff allows you to continue working on files even when both devices are unlocked.
